Mr. Carsten represents Ida Public Schools and the greater educational community by participating on the Advisory Committee to the Governor's Council on Educator Effectiveness. The Committee is charged with recommending an administrative evaluation process that can be used to meet the new legal mandates recently enacted by the legislature.
