RE: High School Board Report
1. On
January 15, a meeting was held with two members of the Monroe County Sheriff's
Department to discuss collaborative efforts to improve school safety. Sgt.
Bryan Angerer and Deputy Jeff Kemp offered planning assistance and other
resources available through the Monroe County Sheriff Department.
2. A
high school building staff committee met on January 16 and February 6 to
discuss building safety and emergency planning issues. The committee reviewed
and revised administrative recommendations.
3. High
school exams were given on January 16 through 18. Report cards were mailed on
or before January 25. The second semester started on January 22.
4. Professional
development will be held on February 18. The itinerary includes the following:
